What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our postage is charged at £1.50 for a Royal Mail 24 Service with Delivery Confirmation for orders upto £20, and £3.60 for orders over £20 which is for a signed for service.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use Stripe for all of our payment processing, you can choose to pay by debit or credit card, or if you have an enabled device you can pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are shipping within 3 business days, using first class mail, which is usually next day but can take a few more during peak postal periods.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website uses the latest secruity updates, with full SSL protection, (look for the padlock above). We use stripe to process your payment securely.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order is placed into a queue, and your delivery information sent to Royal Mail to request a barcoded label to be processed for delivery.

When it’s your turn, your order is made, packed and shipped to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes we will supply a full printed invoice with every order.
